PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Ezymix Tile Adhesive Plus EM-002 premium performance flexible multi-use white adhesive for large tiles. It’s a high-performance polymer-fortified flexible white cement-based tile and stone adhesive suitable for use on walls and floors, for both internal and external applications. Ezymix Tile Adhesive Plus EM-002 is suitable for installing natural stone, glass mosaic, terracotta, slate, porcelain, & ceramic tiles.
The exceptional high bond strength, smooth creamy consistency, and flexible performance make the Ezymix Tile Adhesive Plus EM-002 suitable for most applications. It is recommended for domestic and commercial applications including immersed pools, and spas. It has superior non-slip properties.

PRODUCT DATA:
TYPE: white Cementitious powder
SURFACE PREPARATION:
Surfaces must be clean, sound, and free from grease, oil, and loosely adhering particles. Before installing tiles, it is essential to repair all defective areas.
APPLICATION:
Apply Tile Bond evenly with a 6mm notched trowel for tiles up to 150mm x 150mm and for larger tiles use a 12mm x 12mm notched trowel. Lay the tiles with good pressure, twisting to ensure good contact with the adhesive. In more demanding exterior situations, or if tiles with high ribs or lugs are being used, it is preferable to spread the back of the tiles with a thin layer of adhesive in addition to the adhesive being troweled onto the substrate, before laying. For wall tiling a minimum final bed thickness of 3mm is recommended. Do not spread more than 1mm of adhesive at any one time as skinning may occur affecting final adhesion. Press tiles onto the adhesive before it skins and ensure that the tiles are fully supported with the adhesive with no voids

SHELFLIFE:
10 months from production date if stored properly in original unopened packaging in a cool, shaded area.

Users shall refer to the most recent Safety Data Sheet (SDS) containing physical, ecological, toxicological, and other safety-related data for information and advice on the safe handling, storage, and disposal of chemical products.
It is advised to use gloves while applying Tile Adhesive. Do not reuse craft bags, dispose of them according to local regulations.

Returns Policy
