EzyMix Tile Grout EM-008

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Ezymix Tile Grout is a one-component, pre-packed tile grout combining cement with selected pigment and several admixtures. It fills the spaces between tiles and provides stability and aesthetic function

Tested according to EN 1348, EN 1308, and EN 12002

PRODUCT DATA:

TYPE: Colored Cementitious powder (As per shade card)

SURFACE PREPARATION:

Surfaces must be clean, sound, and free from grease, oil, and loosely adhering particles. Before installing tiles, it is essential to repair all defective areas.

APPLICATION:

Tile spaces must be clean and uncontaminated by oil or grease. Remove cement laitance, dust, and loosely adhering particles

MIXING

For dry areas:

pour 0.3 liter of water into the mixing vessel then add Ezymix Tile Grout slowly and mix prop- early.

For wet areas:

pour 0.3 liter of Water into the mixing vessel then add Ezymix Tile Grout slowly and mix properly.

Mixing time: ~3 minutes. A slow-speed mixer is recommended (300 – 600 rpm).

STORAGE CONDITION:

 Store in a dry area between 5⁰C and 35⁰C, Protect from sunlight

SHELFLIFE:

10 months from production date if stored properly in original unopened packaging in a cool, shaded area.

Users shall refer to the most recent Safety Data Sheet (SDS) containing physical, ecological, toxicological, and other safety-related data for information and advice on the safe handling, storage, and disposal of chemical products.

It is advised to use gloves while applying Tile Grout. Do not reuse Pouch, dispose of them according to local regulations.
