PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Ezymix Plaster Grey EM-001 is a cement-based ready-to-use premix plaster for internal and external use and is an ideal substrate for wall putty, wallpapers, decorative plasters, paints, Stone Cladding, etc. Ezymix Plaster Grey EM-001 is suitable for the application of Internal and external Brick walls.

SURFACE PREPARATION:
All loose particles of dust & oil shall be cleaned off the surface prior to application. For hot climatic conditions, the surface may be dampened with potable water.
TESTS STANDARDS:
Tested according to BS EN 13914-1, and BS EN 13914-2

SURFACE PREPARATION:
Surfaces must be clean, sound, and free from grease, oil, and loosely adhering particles. Before installing tiles, it is essential to repair all defective areas.
APPLICATION DETAILS:
For manual application, it is important that water is premeasured in accordance with the amount of material used. The mortar powder should be added over the water to avoid the settlement of the material at the bottom of the mixing container. The mixing container should be uncontaminated, non-corrosive, and clean. Only potable water should be used for mixing. It is also recommended that the material should be mechanically mixed with a mortar mixer or other mechanical mixing methods to obtain a consistent lump-free mix.

SHELFLIFE:
10 months from production date if stored properly in original unopened packaging in a cool, shaded area.

Users shall refer to the most recent Safety Data Sheet (SDS) containing physical, ecological, toxicological, and other safety-related data for information and advice on the safe handling, storage, and disposal of chemical products.
It is advised to use gloves while applying Tile Adhesive. Do not reuse craft bags, dispose of them according to local regulations.

Returns Policy
A. We accept returns of unopened and unused products within [X] days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
